1-Year Limited Warranty
We provide a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery for all eligible products purchased directly from our official website.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.
What Is Covered
During the 1-year warranty period, we will provide repair, replacement, or other appropriate solutions if the product shows clear manufacturing defects.
For TPE floor mats, warranty coverage includes:
Severe warping within 20 days of delivery that cannot be restored to its original shape
Wear exceeding 20% of a single mat under normal use conditions
Obvious structural damage such as:
Holes
Full wear-through
Cracks longer than 4 inches
Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by extreme conditions, misuse, improper installation, or modification
Normal wear and tear from regular use
Damage caused by accidents, chemical exposure, or improper cleaning methods
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
Issues resulting from abnormal or excessive use are not considered manufacturing defects.
